Breakfast Sandwich
- Two slices of peanut butter toast. For true authenticity, I suggest you use the kind of hippie bread that I used here. It has oats, flax seed, walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts, and pecans.
- Thin slice of firm tofu
- Spinach
- Turmeric
Sprinkle the turmeric onto the tofu, and heat the tofu in a pan with a little bit of oil. Put a layer of spinach on the toast. Place the tofu on top, and put the other piece of toast on that. Done, or as a friend of mine says, easy peasy.
